Environmental Capital Partners (ECP) is a private equity firm affiliated with New York Private Bank & Trust that provides long-term capital and management support to leading middle-market companies in the environmental industry.  We consider all companies that provide any of a diverse range of goods and services to prevent, limit, or correct environmental damage to water, air, soil, or human health.  We invest in established businesses with strong growth potential that can benefit from our financial, operational and strategic resources. We make majority or significant minority investments and then work closely with company managements to build value together.  Our target equity investment is $5 million to $25 million, but we have the ability to complete larger transactions.
